How I arrived at RWM:
I didn’t realize it at the time, but taking my first job in the industry with Vanguard at their headquarters in Valley Forge, PA was the best education I could give myself as a fresh college grad. It was at Vanguard, where I began to read Barry’s blog and appreciate truths that were similar to ones I heard on the Valley Forge campus. After returning home to New York, I struggled to find a firm with the right culture. At this point, I pretty much followed everyone at RWM, and they all seemed like such great people. So I reached out to Kris Venne, and here I am.
Favorite Part of the Job:
It’s all about the people. Colleagues and clients of the firm.

I’m either with my family, playing the drums, or frustrated on a golf course somewhere.
